These terms govern access to and use of Valia, a service for designing, issuing, downloading, and validating gift vouchers.
1. Service provider

2. Account
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us of unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
3. Scope of the service
Valia facilitates voucher creation and control, but does not sell the underlying product or service or charge the voucher recipient. The business user is responsible for commercial terms, validity, tax, delivery, and fulfilment of each voucher to its customers.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Plans, prices, limits, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew for the stated period until cancelled. Cancellation prevents future renewals and does not affect the already paid period, unless the law provides otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Valia for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes; infringe third-party rights; introduce malware; attempt unauthorised access; overload the service; or generate or upload unlawful content. We may restrict or suspend accounts for serious breaches or security risks.
6. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights to content you upload and authorise us to process it only to provide the service. You must have the necessary rights to images, trademarks, and data included. Valia, its software, visual identity, and documentation belong to its owner or licensors.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance or incidents may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, business decisions, voucher fulfilment failures, or user-provided content. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms and will notify users of material changes. They are governed by Spanish law; disputes will be submitted to the competent courts under applicable rules. For questions, email info@valiatickets.com.
